Did anyone else's personas dissappear once again? I had them for days now mine are gone again

Before yall jump at my throat hear me out if they're removing all our chats to save storage or whatever why dont they continue to remove them until we go back to that chat? For example say a chat got deleted after the 14 or 28 days or whatever it is the whole chat gets restored after messaging it idk I just thought of this out of nowhere and im unsure its to save storage just my own personal theory
