I was so excited, my first purchase of LE refillable lipstick arrived today, but on the permanent case, the cap is very very loose. Like it will definitely open in my bag loose, can’t pick it up by the cap loose. Is this normal? Is there a way i can make it fit snugly and stay closed? I was hoping this was a portable case not just a vanity case to sit and look pretty.

Edit to add resolution: Customer service determined that it is an issue with the refill bullet, not the permanent case, so they are sending another refill bullet…

I have followed this sub for a while, and the only consistent thing i have noticed is that everyone’s provider has a different opinion on HRT doses and cocktails, and you have to ASK FOR THEM or even insist. I have an appointment tomorrow, and i will definitely be asking for estrogen cream, beyond that, what should i suggest to help my main symptoms:

- Zero libido that i would like to change
- Anxiety and low motivation, zero energy all the time (used to do 6x weekly gym)
- Shrinkage in the undercarriage
- Everything sets off tears when it never used to before
- Join stiffness and pain

I still have a regular cycle, but it has shortened significantly and now is extreme heavy bleeding for 2 days only. It’s slowly starting to deviate by the day.

Please, any advice or talking points you have will be put to good use at the appointment tomorrow! Thank you!
