There’s a woman living in my apartment building who has displayed odd behavior in the past, but it’s ramping up and I’m getting concerned. I’ve lived here for many years and used to see her very occasionally, maybe about once a month tops, doing odd things. Like sometimes she would go out in the parking lot at 2 am and sing and dance with an umbrella, or walk around with a flag doing odd things. There’s been an increase lately and for the last 2 weeks I’ve seen her almost every day doing odd things like laying and stretching on a car that’s not hers in our parking lot or marching around with half a baguette and an empty yogurt cup. However yesterday she was standing in the parking lot of the apartment building across from us in just a sports bra and yoga pants gyrating around. I passed by her again 30 minutes later and she was completely topless. This was only a few feet from the street so anyone passing could see her.

With this escalation I’m afraid for her safety, as well as others. I don’t know her name, only what apartment number she lives in. Is there anything I can do to try and get help for her?
