Meet Joey. My new baby. 😍

She's 11week old, 2kg of fluff and chaos. From an accidental litter that was surrendered to the RSPCA. Jack Russell x American Staffordshire Terrier.

She adores our 14yo JRT Bingo (red collar), he is very patient with her but gets tired of her energy very quickly.

She and Jackie 7yo JRT (who we adopted last September), are playing together but still need some supervision.

It's been 2 and a bit days with her and I'm so in love.

I didn't realise how big the hole in my heart was following my beloved Pixie passing away last October. Turns out it's a 2kg of fluff and chaos sized hole ❤️.

Parking in Victoria is getting harder every day

Photo was from Portarlington yesterday. Hope everyone was ok. But don't understand how the car got strung up like that. Had to be going 100km/h plus to get airborne enough to end up against the wire?

Anyone found the Pie or IceCream yet?

Visited our local Coles (at 10.30am) and nothing was out yet. They had 4 staff frantically moving frozen food out of one aisle end display but nothing out yet.

Public Holiday so may be supply issue.

Sadness

Brought Jackie to work with me, all he wants to do is hang out with my boss, who is in a meeting Jackie's not invited to. He has zero interest in me, just patiently waiting for my boss to emerge.

8 Week Challenge NZ/AU

I'm going to the challenge info night at my gym tonight. Trying to prepare myself as I got totally flustered when booking in for the challenge and coach asked what my goals were.

Are these reasonable goals for the 8 week challenge?.

*Commitment* : "I will attend 2 Strength and 2 Cardio/Hybrid sessions every single week of the challenge." I currently get to 3-4 sessions a week and definitely preference strength.

*Focus* (Strength Days): "On strength days, I will prioritise rest between sets to keep my heart rate controlled and out of the orange zone." I noticed my HR goes up into orange a lot during strength.

*Skill* : "I will use consistent band assistance on pull-up movements to build a reliable baseline of repetitions." I struggle to even do the banded pull-ups currently, hoping they will continue as part of the program.
