help please!! mouse ate expired cucumber

pretty much what the title says. i went to give nimbus some cucumber unaware that it was expired (it wasnt slimy or soft where i cut the tiny piece from) so i assumed it was fine just to find out it was expired. he ate it 5 ish hours ago and seems fine but im just paranoid. it smelled fine too when i first got it out but now it smells rancid but maybe thats cause its been sitting in the trash for 5 hours (yes i dug it out, i got paranoid the second my dad told me it was actuallt spoiled).

what do u guys do during tornado season??

im in IL and we got hella bad storms. luckily nothing bad rlly happened where i live but this happens often during this time and i dont rlly know what to do with my hamsters if we get a bad tornado warning? my mom says theyll be fine in their enclosures since theyre under all that bedding and its a metal enclosure (bucatstate 3.0) but idk. my girl hamster gets hella aggressive when woken up and it takes like 10 mins to find her in her burrows which is time i cant waste during an emergency, and my boy hamster runs everywhere in fear so its hard to even grab him with a cup and again thats time i cant waste :(

my girl syrian is VERY needy.. and demands outside time. i gave her wheel, dig boxes, and a hideout last time i had her in the playpen but she wasnt happy at all so i was wondering what else i could add to hopefully make her happy. i just ordered a bendy tube for her to go thru as well :)

so theres this mouse at my job (his name is stew) and he just spins a lot, and very off balance. were not sure if its a neuro problem or a rlly bad ear infection. i wanna find him a home bc hes rlly sweet but because of his spins idk if anyone wants him. i wish i could take him in but i have no space for another male mouse :(

he drinks and eats normally and loves foraging for oats, he gets all happy lmao. if anyones interested in savinf him from my hellhole job lmk hes 3 bucks 😭
