I noticed Europeans wear briefs and speedos much more than us Americans. Why is that? Do european parents put their children in briefs and speedos and they just continue to wear the same in adulthood? I know American parents usually buy boxers and boxer shorts for the beach when the child becomes a teenager. I am just wondering if that’s not the case in Europe or is there another explanation for the briefs surplus …
