Good evening all! I find when I started running ultras about ten years ago there was much less popularity in the sport (mostly by peoples around me and general content online). It seems now that’s it’s gotten a lot more popular.
Curious to discuss if some ppl find other periods of time where the popularity fluctuated in the sport? I was interested to learn that there were many ultras in northern Ontario in the 80’s. In my hometown I was the only person I knew running these kinds of distances when I started so it surprised me.

I find I struggle with the smell of formula after a while. We constantly do cleanup and laundry but everything smells like old milk/cheese. Sort of turns my stomach. Baby is almost 6 days old. I’m a dad taking my 6 hour night shift
