Formula—

My baby is 10 months old. He eats two meals a day, snacks one. He eats decently. He drinks milk about 19-20oz a day—just depending.

I’ve had to push myself almost daily to pump. It’s been a drain on my mental health. I’m now hoping to possibly quit next month.

I was hoping our pediatrician would give me the okay to lower his intake or okay to wean him off milk over the next few months but our son is small (1 percentile but steadily growing) and he wants me to continue to give him the same amount of milk.

I have a small freezer stash but not quite enough to make it through his first birthday and a little beyond.

What have yall done? Switched exclusively to formula? Mixed the two? At what age into toddlerhood will he not have to drink breast milk/formula?

Sorry for the word vomit, i’m a bit exhausted mentally from pumping and feeling a bit defeated.

Thanks!

How to Utilize Food Pouches

LO is 9 mos old—eats solids pretty well still has no teeth (not sure if this matters, lol)

That being said I just read that food pouches aren’t supposed to replace meals so what are they used for and how can I utilize them?

We mix the fruit ones with his yogurt or oatmeal but what’s the best way to use the meat flavored ones?

Sorry if this is a bit dumb of a question

Roof and Insurance

Our roof is 20 years old—no leaks or issues but our insurance adjuster reached out to us to let us know that this year would be the last year our roof is covered due it it’s age.

We had a reputable roofing company come and inspect and they noticed some wind/ice damage.

They mentioned due to the age it would be up in the air on whether or not insurance would cover it.

My question is— if insurance denies a claim and we have to pay out of pocket and can’t get the funds to replace the roof before the year is over, will our insurance drop us?

LO screams & sometimes cries when he sees food

LO is a generally decent eater depending on his mood but if he sees us preparing food or sees food at a restaurant he screams, reaches and cries for it.

Does anyone else’s baby respond like this?

Help! 8 month old doesn’t want to eat or sleep

LO is 8 months old. Never wants to take a nap anymore and bottles are a nightmare.

Wants to roll, or be on all fours like a calf to drink milk. We’re on solids twice a day—how much they eat is a hit or miss.

Drinks a total of 19-21oz a day but it’s a battle every bottle.

Nipple size isn’t an issue, drinks 3oz every 2-3 hours. Have used “maybe she’s teething” as an excuse for the past month. No health issues.

Has anyone experienced this? Does it get better?
