Got it for 27k which I felt was a good deal

I was thinking of buying this and was eyeing it for a while. Got it for 27k, which I felt was a good deal. All of the Seiko watches have increased in price. I wanted a green dial, but this was the only one available with the old price, but this looks good too.
Some shops still have old pieces available and they are willing to sell it for old price. If you are looking for one, get it fast now. New price for this is 35k.

Facing a few frustrating issues with my Xpulse 210

I am mainly use my bike for daily office commutes in Bengaluru’s notorious bumper-to-bumper traffic(40km a day). I specifically picked the Xpulse 210 because the roads here are terrible, and I wanted that plush suspension. While it handles bad roads like a dream, I’m starting to wonder if I chose the wrong bike for city commuting because of three major issues. As of now, I have only driven the bike around 120km.

Would love to hear if any fellow owners have experienced these:
1. Severe Overheating
The bike heats up incredibly fast in slow moving traffic, and the heat radiating to my legs is significantly noticeable. I’ve previously ridden an Interceptor 650 and a Duke 250 both notorious for heating but my Xpulse somehow feels worse. Is there any fix for this, or is this just how the 210 behaves in the city?

2. Clunky, Unpredictable Gearbox

The shifting feels very rough and lacks precision. I’m hitting a lot of false neutrals, especially when shifting from 1st to 2nd. Worse, shifting from Neutral down to 1st at traffic lights gets stuck sometimes, and I literally have to stomp on it to click it into gear. Any suggestions to make it smoother?

3. Jumpy Throttle Response in 1st Gear

The throttle response in 1st gear is completely non linear. It feels super jumpy and jerky, almost like it catches abruptly at a certain point. It makes stop-and-go traffic exhausting to handle unless I’m constantly feathering the clutch, which I’d really prefer not to do to avoid premature wear. Has anyone managed to smooth this out?

Any advice, mods, or dealership service tips would be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance!

[SCAM ALERT] Refused expensive add-ons, so Dakshin Honda retaliated by trying to secretly void my manufacturer warranty. (Proof Attached)

Be very careful with Dakshin Honda. I brought my Honda City in for its routine periodic maintenance, ensuring the engine oil, filters, and all standard required items were changed.
Because I stood my ground and refused their expensive, optional "add-on" services (we all know the ones), the service center retaliated.
The Catch:
Instead of logging this as standard periodic maintenance, they deliberately misclassified the service as a mere "General Repair" on the paperwork (see the top line in the attached invoice image).
This is a blatant, malicious attempt to create a "gap in service history" loophole. By not registering it as official periodic maintenance, they are spitefully trying to void my manufacturer warranty just because I wouldn't let them upsell me.
The Aftermath:
Weaponizing service records against customers who refuse unnecessary upselling is completely unethical. I raised a formal complaint with Honda service regarding this malicious practice, and to make matters worse, they quietly closed my ticket today without offering any solution or even informing me.
I am escalating this directly to Honda India management. Avoid Dakshin Honda if you want honest service, transparent billing, and an intact warranty.
Has anyone else faced this kind of petty retaliation from authorized service centers? What is the best way to escalate this legally or via consumer court?
TL;DR: Refused dealership upsells during regular maintenance. Dealership retaliated by classifying my service as "General Repair" on the official invoice to break my service history and void my warranty. Honda customer care closed my complaint without asking me.
