Impossible to link accounts, impossible to use the Verizon Value bundle discount page. Talked to 5 reps at Fios, Verizon postpaid, and Verizon prepaid all of them give me the runaround.

Any viable solution to this or is it false advertising?

It is currently impossible to link Fios and Verizon Value mobile accounts (such as Total or Visible) due to a back-end issue so Verizon is currently not able to honor new bundles. Can somebody give a clue on how to get this bundle discount in a different way? Chat support has been unhelpful (3 different reps) and confirmed that there is back-end issue.
