How to deal with constant shaming from family and "friends"?

Some context and venting maybe.

I was diagnosed with Pcos a few years ago and I was told by my doctors that I had to lose weight and I am on the edge to turn to diabetes.

That time I pushed myself so hard to lose weight with endless cardio and starving myself, but that is not the point now. As I went back to "normal" as of not working out like crazy and not starving myself, 24kg came back, especially in the past few months when I had a very stressful period of my life.

Because I live abroad and didn't get to visit home for 2 years, I already know what I will listen from every single person I will meet and I don't know how to deal with that. The last time they saw me I was 24kg less than now (I try to avoid body pictures on social media), But the time before I lost weight, I listened to the same shaming (with good intentions and nonstop advice and preach off course) as what will await me now. I don't even feel like going home anymore.

I try now to go to the gym, do 10000 steps a day and change my eating habits, do things the proper way, but it is not gonna happen overnight. Like as if I didn't already feel bad enough for not fitting into 90% of my clothes, I will need to listen from everybody about how big I became since we last met and all the rest.

Thank you if you read all this and if you share your experience or your thoughts.

What is the most unbelievable or unexplainable, yet true story movie? (Like Miracles from heaven)

I know movies often change details compared to real events, but I'm looking for the most accurate ones possible, or even slightly based on true events- as long as it is a one of a kind that would leave me thinking at the end like holy cow!?😁
