Most frustrating experience with VV

I have been having the most frustrating time trying to book my MNVV sailing. It seams that because I booked it while the ship was chartered the regular VV sailor services cannot help me, they just pass me off to emails that do not exist and phone numbers that go straight to VM and do not get answered. I am beyond frustrated that they are just making this my problem to solve as opposed to actually helping me.

I paid the deposit onboard ship, it shows in my account but I cannot make a booking and I am getting no help at all.

Claiming TDIU with MH claim

I am about to turn in a claim for MH and ED secondary to tinnitus and I want to put in for TDIU at the same time to preserve my intent to file date. I know this assumes I will get over the threshold to file TDIU

Will this look greedy? will this actually cause a bias on the rater?

Has anyone else done this and been successful?

Edit, I am holding off on the TDIU the few months of potential backpay dose not seem worth the risk to me.

Can't find CIT 0010 E that will work on Mac

So I am filling out my own application and need to start on my adopted kids, one minor one young adult. When I go to download CIT 0010 E It just shows a page talking about adobe reader, which I have installed the latest version.

Am I looking in the wrong place?

Any help is appreciated thanks

My adopted kids, I am gen3

So I am worried a little bit to check the box about adoption for my kids... I am 1/2 of a same sex couple in the USA and we adopted two children, one will still be a minor when I send in our applications, the other a young adult. I saw the post about the female couple who showed birth records, we are male and do not have anything they do not exist as both kids were born at home. Both our names are on the BC's

I am leaning towards not checking the adoption box and crossing my fingers, would all 3 applications be rejected if the kids are rejected? Maybe I should do mine first then theirs after mine approved?

Where to get records?

I was curious about immigrating to Canada but had no idea where to start looking for ancestors, AI sent me to Familiysearch.org and within a few minutes I discovered my great grandfather was born in Canada! So it looks like I need to get his birth cert, my grandmas and mothers ceets and some marriage records but I have no idea where to begin. Fortunately it's only a couple of generations so hopefully not too hard.

I will pull up the application to apply for my Canadian Passport and see exactly what I need and go from there.

Poor communication

It seams like one hand does not know what the other is doing at Pom. I have a current rx for Sermorelin and figured hey this should be easy enough to get refilled... So I pay the 50, do the intake and it wants to set an appointment for a phone call 10 days out... I message asking hey, do we really need a call and they just send a link to make an appointment again. So I text back to just cancel and refund please now they are ghosting me.

Meanwhile I went to Gimme and they already sent to pharmacy, and it was cheaper.

I am sure that that $50 is long gone even though Pom did nothing to earn it
