Hit a curb. Am I safe to drive home or, like, is the wheel gonna fall off?

I’ve been stumped with this one. My car keeps idling too high, usually at 850rpm consistently with zero load.
Done numerous relearns,
checked vacuum lines (fuel trims are at 2%, so not suspect)
No evap valve (CNG cars don’t have them)
MAF and MAP seem to show correct readings
Replaced PCV valve and tube
Heard power steering switch can cause problems. Checked that, and it’s fine.

What do I need to look at?
