making a custom model in a flight simulator
hello i am part of a student team that makes an rc plane , i thought it would be cool to have a digital twin that can be used in a flight sim so the pilot can practice , is there a way to do this with any sort of accuracy? the model is ~25kg and we have a cad model and also did some fluid analysis, it flies with a pixhawk orange cube and ardupilot but the piloting is all manual.

motherboard jacks not working
*sorry i know its not a gpu but this sub is much more active and i figured someone might know something. as per title the audio jacks are not working on my computer with h270m bazooka msi motherboard (intel i5 7600), when plugging headphones in they are detected and moving the volume slider makes noise kinda like scratchy pot in amp but nothing more, also sometimes it will detect the headphones as if they are being plugged in and out of many times a second if in the front io.
the audio works through hdmi on gpu
Things I've tried
updated drivers
win11 clean install
win 10 clean install
unplugging front io pins
disconnecting gpu*

precision was not a consideration, ~850 rpm with an 8mm hss endmill 1mm depth of cut, any tips are greatly appreciated
