Minute one pre order. 2022 R1S owner. Non leased. Cincinnati. Email at 2p, ordered around 350. Phone call about 8 min later. Going to bed I checked the app to update some R1 charging and saw my R2 had a vin so I went back in and had the checklist available. Got 52 for my 49 k mile 22 launch green on forest edge.
I had a PTS .1 gts in Irish green get denied at the last stage in late 22 for a 23 MY. Then my cousin got an Irish targa. Got an allocation for a .2 GTS and went all out. I originally was going to do a historic solid like Albert or Smyrna but with all the GTS black out stuff I preferred those on a Touring and a Targa respectively. I wanted a vibrant metallic and Amazon is gorgeous, deep and tied to the 964. I went with a aerokit in high gloss black as I was tired of the way a 992 looks with the spoiler active (eg driving). The wheels will be powder coated silver upon delivery.
