I recently got my paypal account verified. I have confirmed my bank account. I live in India, and any payment I try to make it says cant make payments to the person in this country although all my friends live here in India. I have a Rupay debit card, and even that I cannot connect. What should I do? How can I start using paypal how do I know I can receive payments?
