P.C. crashing and losing Internet connection

I've had the P.C. for 2-3 years. Parts chosen by myself, but put together by a shop.

My P.C. has started randomly crashing, but I am pretty sure it's only ever been while playing Cyberpunk or Overwatch.

It started crashing around two weeks ago, which is also when I started playing Cyberpunk. Not sure if it's a coincidence or not.

I've also had the Internet start dropping for 20 seconds at a time. That started a few weeks before I started Cyberpunk.

My P.C. used to boot up very quickly, but now it takes about 10-15 seconds for Gigabyte's splashscreen to appear.

I have tried setting up crash dump files to analyse, but they're not appearing, even though I have these settings ticked and I have 82 GB of Virtual Memory.

I have fully updated all of my drivers since this started happening, and it's not stopped.

I have tested the ethernet cable in another device and there have been no Internet drops from what I have seen, so I am confident the problem is in my P.C.

I don't know if this is related, but my bluetooth adaptor in the P.C. just suddenly stopped being able to pick up Bluetooth devices about a month ago.

I sort of am guessing that it's got to be something to do with my Power Supply Unit and/or Motherboard? But would the PSU contribute towards the Internet drops, or is that a separate issue?

Here are a bunch of photos from the inside of my P.C.

Motherboard Z690M DS3H DDR4

Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13600K, 3500 Mhz, 14 Core(s), 20 Logical Processor(s)

BIOS Mode UEFI

BaseBoard Manufacturer Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.

Secure Boot State On

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 48.0 GB

Total Physical Memory 47.8 GB

Available Virtual Memory 82.6 GB

That was in msinfo32. Some other stuff:

PSU 800W

SSD 1TB

HDD 4TB

Two extra cooling fans

A Wireless Internet Adaptor

Thank you to anyone that can help!
