I'm planning to get some cable extensions for my computer as the ones for my power supply are too short for proper cable management and I came across these , has anyone else tried them before ?? reviews say they're fine but I don't know

i own a 27GS60QN-B monitor from LG and i have this very weird issue where with very specific colors ( specifically with Purple and/or Red hues only for some reason ) 2/4ths of my screen become brighter for a millisecond. if it's the predominant color in the picture it persists until i switch windows
is this a common thing with VA or a hardware defect ??
P.S my phone made everything look brighter than how it actually looks i'm sorry about that : *(
would i be wrong to think this is outright indoctrination ? this game is riddled with teenagers and there was even A CHILD ingame with voice chat on ... is this really ok ?
