Found in my now ex-husband's grandmother's jewelry box after she passed away

My now ex-husband's family passed around grandma's jewelry box after she passed away in 2003. I thought these were interesting and likely quite old. The brooch I think might be Victorian? And the bracelet art deco? Not sure about the pendant (maybe bolero tie or scarf tie?) The pendant has markings that say 926 and 14k. The bracelet marking appears to say B 1/26-12k. The brooch doesn't have any I can see.

This popped up in my flowerbed. Middle TN area

I just today realized it's not the nicotania I planted. That's sort of under this volunteer. Google ID wasn't super helpful.

Home health not being helpful.

My mother F81 has early stage vascular dementia. She's had a couple of minor strokes, has stenosis and blockages of several arteries to her brain, and some atrophy of the brain. Short term memory is shit. Her PCP ordered home health while I work on getting her moved in with me. My brother lives next door (and imo isn't doing jack to help with the day to day other than driving her to some appointments). She isn't remembering to take her meds, clean her kitchen after meals, I think she isn't really cooking anymore and mostly is eating frozen meals. Home health is coming 1x per week for a well check. That isn't what we need. We need multiple times per week to get some of her meds in her and help with meals, etc. Am I expecting the wrong thing from home health?

Is this an actual horse shoe?

My brother found this in an antique store. We aren't sure if it's a real horse shoe or just some decorative thing.
