Has anyone experienced the inside of their lips becoming raw from rubbing up against the attachments when you eat? I’m literally only eating three times a day, otherwise my retainers are in 24/7. But the attachment on my bottom, front teeth are causing sores on the inside of my lip. Is this normal?

Can anyone recommend an OBGYN office with midwives that supports home birth in the area?
