Starbucks Licensee breaking labor laws?

I worked at this licensed Starbucks for about 6 months up until a few months ago, and it's just hit me that they were including Store Managers and Assistant Managers in end-of-day employee tip-outs. Isn't this illegal? Stupid of me not to realize but I hadn't worked with tips since I was a teenager and even then they were probably breaking the law. Do you think filing a complaint with the Dept of Labor would do anything?

Additionally, some money went "missing" and they instructed my partner who also worked there to gradually take from employee tips over time to build the drawer back up. Isn't this blatantly wage theft???

Sick of pushing my hair forward to try to cover my high hairline, thinking of buzzing it when I go see my barber but not fully shaved. Do you think my hairline goes too far back and would look weird?

How else to style it?

Cheeks are thin with most of the coverage right on my chin, which grows down and lengthens my oval face. Mustache is also disconnected at the lip. Can i style this any other way, or should i just keep it much shorter?

Too tight or just right?

Returning to cycling after 5 years long and about 50 pounds heavier. I'm looking for a more snug fit, just want to know if I should go up to the 3XL since I need to exchange the bibs (too long) anyway.
