I need some guidance regarding a situation.

I live on the top floor of my house. Our neighbours used to have access to one of our terraces because it was connected to their floor, and we had no problem letting them use it.
On that terrace, we have several plant pots. A few months ago, my neighbour (an aunty) placed a small Shivling in one of the pots and used to perform daily puja there. I personally saw her doing Abhishek and worshipping it many times.
Two days ago, they permanently moved out of the house, but the Shivling is still there on our terrace.
I’m unsure what the appropriate thing to do is according to Hindu traditions. Should I continue taking care of it, try to contact them to collect it, or is there a proper way to respectfully relocate or immerse it if they don’t come back?
I’m looking for guidance based on traditional practices. Thank you.

Gayatri Mantra Guidance After Upanayana

Pranam,
I received Gayatri Mantra initiation during my Upanayana about a year ago.

The problem is that I have ADHD and Autism, and maintaining routines is extremely difficult for me.

Sometimes it’s hard to even push myself to shower or do basic daily tasks. My guru wants to teach me Sandhyavandanam, but I’ve been struggling to build consistency.

A few questions:
Can I chant Gayatri Mantra at night? I’m naturally a night owl.
Can I do mental japa while driving or during daily activities?
If I miss a few days (or many days), what’s the proper way to restart?
How important is Sandhyavandanam compared to Gayatri japa itself?
Is there a minimum daily practice recommended for someone who struggles with consistency?
I use cannabis in a very controlled way. Does that affect Gayatri sadhana in any traditional sense?
I rarely drink alcohol (a few times a year). Is occasional alcohol consumption considered incompatible with Gayatri Upasana?
I’d appreciate guidance, especially from people who have experience with traditional Gayatri practice.
Thank you.

After visiting 4 psychiatrists

Tomorrow I have an appointment with a psychologist who specializes in ADHD and autism assessments.

I almost gave up on this journey, but somehow yesterday I decided to try again.

He’ll be testing me for:
• ADHD
• Anxiety
• Depression

The assessment will take around 3 hours, and then I’ll be going back the next day for the autism evaluation.

Honestly, after paying the fees yesterday, I went out by myself for the first time in weeks and grabbed a coffee. It felt like a small victory.

The reason I’m posting this here is because I’m completely blank right now.

After the reports are ready, I’ll be meeting a psychiatrist who also specializes in ADHD and autism.

I’m all alone on this journey no one around me truly understand what it’s been like, so I guess I’m sharing it here.

If you’ve been through something similar and have any advice for tomorrow, I’d love to hear it.

Love you 75
