Chefs working in Michelin Star Restaurants in San Sebastian

Looking for a job for when i come to study there. Any words of advice?

I'm coming to study at a Basque Culinary Center and want a job on the side as well. I have a year of working experience along with some internships. My goal is to learn as much as I can specifically working with meats and fire. I would be coming with a Student Visa in hopes of it converting into a work visa. I do not hold a European Passport.

The food is beautiful and unheard of India. The place seems beautiful, old, cozy but beachy, and everything i would love location and culture wise. Im only worried about the adjustments.

Anyone know what its like for outsiders? Regarding things like language barriers, socialising and getting jobs. I can speak English very well and ive started learning Spanish, but I know Euskara is the native language. What should I do?

Leftover pizza slice with parma ham. Topped it with a fried egg, arugula, sundried tomatoes, goat cheese and Basil oil. Runny yolk ftw

Shredded a whole chicken so I wanted to use the bones. Made a stock for the rice. Then had some old ass bell peppers on the verge of dying so I torched em and blitzed em. Chicken and mushrooms are just for the health part. Had a lot of cheese and butter and cream tho.
