I keep seeing news about the parasite cyclospora causing massive outbreaks and hospitalizations across the US. Is there something I could take daily as a precaution against parasites, like something that makes it less hospitable to multiply? I am trying to limit my fruits and veggies that may contain it but I don’t want to stop eating those completely of course.

Wormwood and Apple Cider Vinegar came to mind but I don’t know if they’d work.

(I do know you need Bactrim if you contract this but a ton of people are allergic to Bactrim and I’ve had horrible reactions to it so just trying to prevent it from happening in the first place)

I just got completely scammed by a seller on Etsy. I looked up the return address and the seller has been accused of “brushing“ scams and there was a QR code on the fake product to steal info. After looking at their shop, I realized it was fake and AI. I was on chat for an hour with a Etsy rep who seemed like an AI robot. They were zero help, I ended up deleting my account because now I’m scared the shop can access my info, they already have my name and address. So I would like to call Etsy and talk to someone in person but for the life of me can’t find a phone number anywhere online. How is this legal?

I wasn’t able to make the informational meeting on Thursday due to work and I’m curious what information was given. For context; a teacher is retiring in 5th grade, another is leaving 6th grade, and the school is going to just now have 7 teachers per grade instead of 8. A meeting for parents with questions was planned last week.

I thought their original email about it was trying to put a positive spin on it, but less teachers for the kids doesn’t sound great. Curious if anyone has any details, thanks!
