I have taken shrooms multiple times (2,5g at max though) and even through bad trips i have not had any long term consequences.
I have a long history with other drugs like ketamine and weed too.

I always loved the sound of the trumpet but am intimidated by the technical aspect.
I am a jazz guitarist and play on a decently high level. That means timing, improv and harmony/theory are second nature already, so it would really just be a technical hurdle.
Can anyone give an estimate on how long it would take to play reasonably freely if I practice 1 hour a day? Improvising over easy tunes like Donna Lee, Cherokee, All the Things You Are etc.
