Hi, idk if i’m even on the right sub to be sharing this but about a week ago I got a cut and the next day the wound was a little bit opened and I was cutting lemons and a little bit of lemon juice got into the cut. I immediately rinsed my arm with water and put a bandaid on it. Very very quickly these red dots started to show up, it worsened the next day. Idk what it is, it’s not bumpy at all and i’ve tried putting aloe gel on it and i doesn’t seem to help and i don’t know how to treat this. Recently, i found out another coworker had the same problem and she told me it was because of the citrus acid but nobody else at work seemed to have that issue beside her. Everytime I see my arm i truly get disgusted and I don’t like looking at it. What do I do????
