Which POD is the „best“?

I know I know that’s definitely a subjective question and all pods are great. I am just wondering if I should ever get the chance for a pod ticket again which one I should choose.

Maybe there‘s someone who has done the back (Kiss or Square) and front pods (Disco/Circle)?

If you were in the front pods, where you able to see a lot which happened „behind“ you? Or did you see Harry‘s back most of the time? I guess the view of the main stage is great?

How early were you there if you wanted a view of the front stage mainly?

I did have Kiss pit once and absolutely loved it!! We were second row in the „front“ of the pit and while I really loved it, i wonder if the experience would be different if one is closer to the main stage.

Is there anyone going to the concerts solo? Not sure if it’s worth it

Unfortunately, none of my friends can afford a trip abroad right now so if I want to see Harry again I would have to go solo.

I really really want to see the last London concert (my hope is that it might be extra special) but I am soooo unsure if it’s worth it or not.

I went to concerts alone already but just always in my city. I would be okay with the concert itself, I think, but I am not sure if I would feel like I am missing someone that I can share the memories with.

My biggest worry is the city trip itself as I would need to fly in and would need to spend at least 2-3 days in London by myself. I LOVE London, it’s one of my favorite cities but I have never done a city trip solo (especially for so long). I am worried about feeling weird and alone and not enjoying the concerts in the way that I want to.

Especially as it’s a big investment (looking at probably 800€-1000€ for 1-2 concerts, flights and accommodation).

That would be an investment but would not bankrupt me as I am a big girl (30 year old surviving in the corporate world haha). But it’s still a lot of money, especially with the worry that I might not even enjoy it.

Also, I am worried that I‘ll miss the tube to my hotel on the way back and and will be stranded as a woman in London alone.

Also, I already saw this tour twice in Amsterdam but istill got so much fomo already yesterday that I wasn’t at the last concert in Amsterdam.

Is there anyone that has done a trip like that totally solo? City trip or concert? Would you do it again?

What would you guys do if you were in my position?

UPDATE: you guys convinced me! I‘ll put in a holiday request on monday and hope I‘ll get approved. Reserved the hotel already, so just need to sort out flights (which will be fine) and pit tickets (which will be hard, so please pray for me haha). Thanks for all of your encouragement!!

Adjusting training plans? What would you recommend?

I started running in February as a total beginner. Did the starter plan and 5k plan in the NRC app and totally loved it.

As there isn’t a 10k option in the app, I jumped into the half marathon plan ans so far so good.

I have the most respect for the long runs (my current longest run is at 10k) and fear that they might get too long too fast for me.

Otherwise, I feel like the easy runs are too short for me considering my current mileage before I started the plan. 20-25 minutes just doesn’t sit right for me.

I thought about doing the following adjustments:

- 4 instead of the 5 recommended runs (1 long, 1 speed, 2 easy)

- make the recovery runs longer 40-50 minutes

- repeat a few weeks to gradually built up long distances and avoid jumps from e.g. 10k to 12,5k

What would you recommend?

Do you follow the training plans as strictly as they are in the app?

Or do Ou adjust to your current level?

1 Speed/Interval Run, 1 Recovery, 1 Long Run.

Which FL books do i need to read?

Hi there,

Unfortunately, I haven’t read as much as I wanted to in the last couple years so I have a lot of unread Fairyloot books on my TBR.

My idea is to prioritize reading the ones that are time-sensitive. E.g. ones that will have a sequel coming out or maybe some where the sequel is already released and can still be bought for a price not much higher than retail. That way I at least know which sequels I should buy when they release and which ones I should simply skip to not make my TBR even longer.

Which books would you recommend to read first?

Which ones are time-sensitive?

Which sequels are getting released in the coming months (even when FL didn’t announce yet, which are likely? Which have release dates in the coming months/this year?)

Which books in general from this list are worth it?

Are there books that i should just sell without even reading?

I would be really grateful about any help or suggestions as I feel a bit overwhelmed with all the books right now. I already decided to cancel the YA sub and thinking about canceling cozy and/or adult as well, depending how much I like the books from the adult box. But therefore they need to get read first haha

Here’s my list with all unread FL books:

The cursive ones are read and might give an idea about my preferences

FL YA SUB:

Cruel is the Light

Heir of Storms

The Dagger and the Flame

A Language of Dragons

If I have to be haunted

The Forest Grimm

Cruel Illusions

Seven Deadly Thorns

Thorn Season

The Nightblood Prince

Fire with Fire

FL ROMANTASY SUB:

Iron & Embers

The Wren in the Holly Library

King of Ravens

Half City 4,5⭐️

Arcana Academy 4⭐️

Death‘s Daughter

FL ADULT SUB:

Graceless Heart

Fallen City

A Dance of Lies

The Swans Daughter

Weavingshaw

Gifted & Talented

The Courting of Bristol Keats 3⭐️

The Gods below

The Adventures of Amina

Paar Randdaten:

- kein Tariffvertrag

- NRW

- Alter 30

- Masterabschluss BWL
