Connected to WiFi, No internet connection
I’ve been having this problem for weeks. My pc was connected to my home WiFi for years completely fine and one day the connection just dropped and I haven’t been able to fix it. I disconnected and connected from the network, I reset my internet adapters, I reset my network settings, checked everything for updates, I followed every single Self Help page Microsoft had to offer with testing the pings and ip. When that didn’t work, I contacted Microsoft support and they told me to reset my whole pc. So I did. Clean wipe. And it’s still not working. So now I don’t have anything on my pc and I can’t even download or install anything because I don’t have internet on it.
The pc is able to connect to other networks just fine, I’ve been temporarily connecting it to my mobile hotspot but there’s not much I can do with that. The WiFi network and router also seem to be fine because every other device in the house is connected to it just fine.
I am at a loss.
I use Windows 11 and my pc is the Acer ORION 3000 if that’s relevant.
