TATA AIA Term insurance (ULIP)

I'm a 33-year-old currently living in India, but I am a US tax resident - GC holder now and US citizen from next year.

An insurance sales agent just pitched me the Tata AIA Param Raksha plan, hyping up the tax-free maturity under Section 10(10D) in India. However, after doing some reading, it looks like this is a Unit Linked Insurance Plan (ULIP) with a heavy market-linked investment component, not a pure term plan.

Has any US citizen / Green Card holder / US tax resident here actually bought an Indian ULIP (term insurance) and had to deal with the IRS PFIC consequences?

Solo 401K to Roth in-plan conversion Fidelity.

I have about 50K in solo 401K - added last year from single person LLC income (coveres both employee + employer portion - 20% of AGI) it's at Fidelity.

Does anyone know if Fidelity supports in-plan roth conversions (to Roth solo 401K sub accounts) and are there any other restrictions once money is in Roth solo 401K compared Roth IRA?

Can I withdraw money penalty free from Roth solo 401K after 5 year lock-in period or strictly need to wait till 59.5? What are the other possible options?

Tried reaching out couple of carriers but almost everyone said we're not underwriting policy in your vicinity (next to Walmart on exit 183) - Does anyone have any recommendations for carriers to whom I can reach out to get landlord insurance policy quote?

We're have a condominium and already have a master HOA policy, tenants have renter's insurance but I'm looking for landlord policy.

first time renting out, would appreciate any guidance/advice you may have. Thanks!
