We have connected with some plot owners in sohna: central park flower valley (1700sqft), sector22 (4,400 sq yards) and a couple in IMT industrial area. What do you think of these areas specifically as well? Which other areas should we look into in your opinion?
The main goal is to find a plot of land that is at least a few acres wide, even if a little peripheral, if the future development scale looks bright; would you recommend this move from an investment point of view?
