I want to play drums but don't want to buy a full e-kit
Any options that are more compact than a full set of electronic drums? I'm low on space. I've seen some "kid's first drum kit" type stuff on Amazon but it kinda looks kinda junk.

Tried the Sennheiser 599 and 650 recently. The 650 clearly outperformed the 599 on a technical level but I guess the personality of the 599 really suited me, the bass was very pleasant, it's like I could feel in more in my body in a way that wasn't there in the 650.
Now a key point is I was running the 650 on a Fiio KA11 dongle dac which depending on who you ask may not be a great way to drive those headphones.
So my question is, is there something that has that warm deep bass of the 599 but with the greater technical clarity of the 650, that can be driven well from a dongle dac?
(The dongle dac is the most amount of extra hardware I'm willing to add because I need the setup to be not bulky at all, smartphone listening)
Has to be open-back.
Budget is about 250 bucks but I'm happy to buy used so let's say 400 new? I'm in Europe.
If there's no clear option I'll probably just stick with the 599 :)
Thanks in advance!
This is the biggest drumming sub on reddit and the sidebar is full of dead links, including the prominent 'Official Beginners Guide'.
I humbly suggest that it would be nice if someone volunteered some time to clean it up and fix it a bit. I'd volunteer myself but I'm not a drummer. I'm sure there's gotta be some people here who care about the community and want to contribute.

I carelessly followed a guide earlier for flashing some custom firmware to change how the RGB works with caps lock.
I'm well aware that one shouldn't be reckless when it comes to flashing firmware of any kind and yet I did it anyway not really knowing what I was doing, total doofus behaviour, I was just really fed up with a lack of clear indication whether caps lock was on or not.
So here's the current situation:
It's a v6 ISO with knob, UK layout. Not the 'Max' version. Here's the product page where I bought it.
It's not registering any key presses and no lights are on. The little red light beside the reset button is on, though.
The only way I can get my pc to recognise it is by doing the spacebar trick (pressing the reset button while plugging in). Still not registering keypresses but QMK Toolbox sees it in DFU mode.
I've downloaded what I believe is the correct firmware from Keychron "v6_iso_knob_v1.2.bin" and flashed it to it in QMK Toolbox. It says flash successful. But it's still dead.
I can't do anything through the web launcher thing because it doesn't see the keyboard.
One thing that struck me as curious is that on both Keychron's website and the Amazon page where I bought it the MCU is listed as STM32L432. But in QMK Toolbox it says 'WB32 DFU device connected'. What's that about? Did I somehow flash firmware from a different chip onto the board?
I can't think of anything else to add right now. I'm in over my head with this, I have no background in software development etc so some of the advice I've read on this forum has been too advanced for me.
I can of course provide as much extra info as needed if someone wants to try help me troubleshoot.
I threw together a little water feature with a small solar panel and pump. Panel is about 5x5 inches and the pump uses 10mm tubing. Water flow is at a good level when cloudy but gets too powerful when sunny. If I got a smaller panel it'd only work when sunny which is not ideal. Is there a clever way to regulate it so it only ever pumps with max X amount of power?
Thanks in advance!
