Sutphen race boat. Transom feels solid, no flex. but has cracks under the aluminum transom plate. Any ideas to fix this? I can’t feel the cracks from the inside. Floor and splash well are solid. Is this from stress of the heavy big motor. Most of the transom was redone around 2011. Can I 3m 5200 the cracks and repair in the off season?

I picked up a free sentry v530 with key and combo. The previous owner didn’t tell the top right door hinge pin is missing. Is this part able to be ordered? The door is lopsided. Not a major issue, just afraid eventually the door won’t open when I need to gain entry! Any feedback on this model?

I retested my stator wires, looks like the blue - blue/white has an open and I can’t get any reading. Would you replace stator, any other test I can do? The red - red/white reads within spec.

brown/white-black - .686 ohm
White/purple - .695
Stator
Red/blue - 6.50
Red/blue - 6.44
Any other tests i can do to find no spark? How can i test yellow stator wires?
I replaced and spliced in many of the wires that were corroded and rotted. I believe i was able to get all the way to good solid metal in the wires that were crumbling. I am trying to revive the motor.
