Question about differences between iOS & Android in work environment

Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but I'd love to hear from an IT admin's point of view to help understand the differences. My employer now requires all employees to register their personal phones so they can be managed, if they want to use it for checking emails/calendar/chats/etc.

The employees with Android (including myself), had it super easy. It automatically prompted to setup Work Profile in order to continue using the work email app, and it finished setting up in less than 2 minutes. And any work apps now have a little blue briefcase on their icon, and I love how in the command center, you can easily toggle on/off the Work Profile to pause all work-related apps (for example on the weekend or when you go on vacation or just when you want to not deal with work anymore). And the employer can't see the personal apps or data since it's stored separately.

However, I noticed for my colleagues with iPhones, it was a lot more tedious. Those employees had to follow this whole document of steps to manually install some certificate to set up MDM. And then if they were lucky to get it working, there's still no app separation so the employer can still see all their personal apps and data?

I already knew that iOS doesn't have a user-friendly Work Profile like Android, but is that normal to get employees to do it like that? I would have assumed with how popular iPhone is, there would be a more simpler/automatic way for setting up personal iPhones for work. I've always heard on this sub that iOS is easier to manage, but from an employee's point of view, it doesn't seem that way (at least not the way my employer is doing it) and maybe I'm not understanding how iOS does data separation, but it just feels like there's not enough employee protections from employer seeing personal data compared to Android? Would love to learn how that works, because Apple's website is kinda vague.

Is the number of Traitors no longer a secret, default being 3?

In every version of the Traitors, the usual number of Traitors is 3 but the host never declared that, so it's always been a secret. However, in the penultimate Season 3 episode of Traitors Quebec (Canadian French), I noticed everyone still thinks there's 3 traitors left, and even during the post-episode reveal the host Karine said >!"So, I'll explain to you why there's only 2 traitors left. I gave them a task to kill in plain sight by handing over a cursed shield, but they failed. So there was no murder and no recruitment." They didn't even ask her, she just explained it to them as a fun fact.!< Does this mean by default it's now a known fact there's always 3 traitors to start? or maybe that's just a Quebec thing? I kinda wish they mixed up the numbers a bit to bring more mystery and challenge to the game.

One thing I would have loved with this show - Flashbacks!

I know most shows nowadays only get 8-10 episodes per season, which sucks because we lose time for character development, but despite all the low attention span viewers complaining, I actually love the show. If the show were able to get more episodes per season, one thing I think that would have taken the show to the next level, would be flashbacks! Especially when there's a large ensemble cast, it's hard to give fair screen time, and despite being in season 4, we don't know much about most of the characters backstories other than what's been said so far. One thing I loved about Lost for example, is we had the core story, while finding out each of the characters backstories and connections, and why they're there, etc. That would have been so useful to see where everyone came "from".

Recommendation for Open Ear Headset with Good Mic Noise Cancelling similar to EPOS Impact 650T?

I work remotely and I'm often in situations where I have to work in noisy environments like loud cafes with music and people talking. I currently have the over-ear EPOS IMPACT 650T which has amazing sound quality and the mic noise cancellation is magical. I have no idea how they're able to block out all the noise that well, while making my voice crisp and clear.

While I've been super happy with that headset (and will continue to use it), I've recently been looking for a more low-profile open-ear style headsets with similar amazing mic with noise-cancellation for important video calls, because the EPOS IMPACT are quite bulky looking on camera.

I know I won't find an open-ear headset that's 100% equivalent, but I would love to find one that's at least close to it. I prefer the headsets that go behind the head or just low-profile when on cameras. I don't really care about music quality, it's more about calls and the mic and noise cancellation for the people listening to my voice without all the loud noise, while also being low-profile.

I don't really have a budget yet since I'm still researching, but preferably something less than $200.
