Jfk to sgn for 115k points

Found JFK to SGN for 115k points business class on flying blue. Sadly the promo to flying blue just ended and I am wondering if this is worth it or if people are regularly seeing anything lower elsewhere?

Miyakojima in December?

Google is all over the place and I'm reading a lot of mixed reviews about Miyakojima in December - some are saying not to go at all, while others are saying its a perfectly fine beach vacation that time of year. Going to Japan early December and would really love to go, but will probably reconfigure our travels if it's not going to be pleasant.

Has anyone been early December and would you recommend going or not going?

How many connections/repositions do you do for a J flight?

Being in NY, I'm starting to reposition in Europe to get to Asia on J on points. And then of course, there's repositioning there that needs to be done in Asia sometimes. How many connections/ repositions is reasonable for a J flight?

Romantic bday ideas

Hi all! Looking for some ideas for a romantic birthday in st pete. I know theres a lot to do but I'm personally running out of the ideas I can think of. Have done staycations at the vinoy, a lot of the nicer restaurants here like elliot aster and isu and trying to think of something new that would still work in this heat!

Has anyone done or experienced a really special birthday here that could work in June?

Private chef for one night

Looking for a recommendation for a private chef for one night. This would be for a special birthday dinner towards the end of June! Ideally sushi or a seafood heavy menu but open to other options like Indian or thai

Is this too crazy of a route just to use points?

Is flying NYC to AMS and then AMS to ICN to be able to use an affordable amount of points for a biz ticket for my partner and I to ICN a bad idea? I want to go within the next few months which obviously makes it harder to find anything feasible.
