Anyone get an absurdly late enrollment date, mine is literally on the 30th

It feels too overly marketed and i dont want to be disappointed for falling for a scam.

Im trying to determine what would be a better minor, but in order ti be able to do that in 4 years i might need to take a classes over the summer in either feild.
My options would be RELS or HIST depending on which classes are more likely to be offered over the summer (200 Level or above)

Anyone know how i can get in contact with their local offices? Or any helpful staff members, I have been trying to no avail, very worried I might lose my package, I have spent around 5 years of my savings on it
