What a simple one step paint correction and a coating can do!
Used the 'Meguairs ultimate ceramic coating'. Didnt expect much from it since its only 30 euro's. But i defenitely did its job!

Took a bit longer then expected, but it turned out better then i thought it would. Not perfect but im very happy with how it came out. Especialy because its the first time im doing this.
Next step is to repair or make a engine harness myself. Will think about that for a while because i HATE wiring.

I got an question about 2 different brands that make conrods for an 2.5 Volvo engine.
First one is, MaxSpeedingRods. Has anybody any experience with this brand? Looks like its to good to be true for that price.
Second one is, K1 witch is a brand ive never heard of.
Any suggestions and tips are welcome!
Is the beautypannel removable? Or do i have to take the whole thing out of it?

The shortblock itself is in good condition, no cracks or anything. The reason for the coolant leak and compression loss was a blown headgasket.
Now for the question.
I need to know the specs of the pistons and conrods.
Piston bore is 83.00mm.
But i don't know where i can find the compression ratio and conrod specs, since i want to order them so the block can be machined and checked for the right bearings.

Ive got good news and bad news.
The good news: no cracked cylinder walls.
The bad news: its a warped head and shortblock.
I will send it to a machinery to let them have a look at it aswell.
