Trying to login with F1 TV with Apple TV subscription. Never had an issue, but this morning my phone, iPad, Apple TV was all logged out and can’t log back in. All give me the same error, deleted and reinstalled all apps, and when I hit forgot password to reset, never get a reset email. How do I fix this

Never seen this before, package went to usual destination facility and was out for delivery, then rescheduled because buisness was closed, but it’s a home ground delivery? Was home all day and didn’t even hear the truck stop at my house, my dogs usually will let me know. I guess I’ll wait for tomorrow but curious why would it think this is a business that’s closed?
