Is having two NST a week normal?

I woke up late 8:30 am and my appointment is at 10:30 am (Ultrasound for growth). I left the house at 9 am. My doctor is far and there is so much stupid traffic. I was late to my ultrasound by 6 minutes. Tech said everything is good. Baby is approximately 6lbs and 5 ounces I'm 36 weeks. After I was going to get food because I didn't eat yet. My regular Dr appointment was at 12 and she couldn't see me yet. She had other appointments. So I told the front desk as I was out the door one of them caught up to me and was like your doctor wants you to do a NST. So my hubby left to get food for us while I did the NST baby heart rate was indeterminate. I told her I didn't eat yet. She told me to go eat and then go to the hospital to do an hour of monitoring. My doctor's office can only do NST for 45 minutes and they had other appointments. After eating and doing the hour NST they said baby's heart rate is normal. They're not sure why they sent me to them. Especially if they know I have gestational diabetes and I haven't eaten yet. Now I have two NST every week is that normal? Also should I be concerned? I am diet controlled.

Opinion on baby clothes

We had two baby showers (hubby's parents are split so each of the grandmothers threw a baby shower). We are first time parents. I'm very grateful for everything my MIL bought and hosting the baby shower. It was an amazing baby shower I was honestly overwhelmed she went all out. She even rented a tent and A/C units for outside (we live in Arizona).

She bought us so much baby clothes/items from Temu. I haven't really thought about it. Baby shower was the end of March and I guess I'm in my nesting phase now 😂 So I've been cleaning and trying to wash stuff. But lately I've been seeing a bunch of stuff on my social media about only using GOTS or OEKO-TEK certified clothes. Clothes from Temu, Shein, and third party sellers from Amazon have been found to have high levels of heavy metals. So I'm wondering if the clothes are okay for the baby?

She did so much for the baby shower and she has been great this whole pregnancy. I'm 36 weeks and she comes over to help me clean often. I've been having a hard time. I have gestational diabetes I have to go in twice a week for NST. Don't get me wrong MIL does drive me crazy but even my own mom doesn't come that often as her to help me. My mom is retired too and this is all of our parents first grandchild. MIL is still working. During the first trimester my hubby was gone for work. This baby wasn't planned but very loved. She came over and stayed with me on her days off to help me clean, get me food, and go with me to my appointments. I appreciate her so much. We've definitely gotten closer.

I'm worried about the clothes and items from temu now. Am I just being a snobby first time mom? I really do appreciate all she's done and I don't want to seem ungrateful. Should I ask her to return the items? Should I just use them?

What to buy in South Korea that we can't get in the US?

My friend is in South Korea and asked me what I would want. I love skincare and makeup but I'm not sure what products to get that we can't get in the US? Besides sunscreen. Honestly I haven't bought any Korean sunscreens in a long time because I'm not sure if the ones here now are just using the approved US filters. I live in Arizona. I have sensitive combination skin. Does anyone have any recommendations? There's a few makeup brushes I asked her to get me. If you have any tool recommendations please let me know.

Im due in June possibly May depending on how big the baby is next week when we have my growth scan. I live in Arizona and it's ungodly hot. Unfortunately the hospital closest to us does not have a labor and delivery unit. The hospital we will be going to is 30 minutes away. I will say it may take an hour to get there. They are doing construction on the highway and traffic is horrible. On our way back I'm not sure if I should put our baby in a short sleeve or long sleeve onesie? We have window shades in our car already. I don't want him to be uncomfortable on the ride home I'm not sure how long it's going to be. I know they can't regulate their body temperature either

I really hope this doesn't come off as ungrateful. I am really grateful for everything. This is my first baby. MIL stressed me out and was like you need to make a baby registry. I did make one and we only got like 19% of the stuff on the list. We got so MANY clothes not on the registry. I honestly don't know what to do with it all. I didn't have many clothes on my registry just a few outfits I thought were really cute. There is literally one gift receipt and it was an outfit on my registry. So essentially all the clothes are not on the registry and have no receipts. What should I do? A lot of them are the same size (0-3 and 3-6). I'm sure my baby boy will outgrow them quickly.

We also got 9 towels with hoodies. Do we need 9 towels with hoodies for the baby? What should I do with all of that. I got a ton of socks I did not put any socks on the registry. I mention this because we live in Arizona it doesn't get that cold here. If it's cold I'll most likely put our baby in one of those footie onesies. Do we need socks? I'm not sure what to do with them all. Same with little baby booties. I got a lot and it's not like he'll be walking or crawling at that age.

I was hoping for more diapers (we got some I just wish we got more versus the clothes) and just essentials (brush, booger sucker, nail clippers/filer, etc). I need to buy a lot of stuff. Crib, sheets, mattress, car seat, stroller, nail clippers/filer, booger sucker, medicine (like Tylenol, saline, stuff for gas), bottles, hair brush, humidifier (AZ is so dry!), and maybe a monitor. Do I need a sterilizer for bottles? Anything I might be missing? I have a few swaddles. Not sure if a diaper pail is necessary. I was just going to bag it up in a grocery bag/doggie bag and toss them out. We have 3 sets of grandparents so I know this baby is going to be spoiled. They've already been gifting clothes before the baby shower. So I really don't need so many of these 0-6 month clothes. If anything I need bigger sizes. I'm trying to keep my house as clutter free as possible. I know realistically it's not going to happen 🤣

Ever since starting the third trimester my feet have been swollen. I feel like it's gotten worse I'm not sure if it's gestational diabetes (I've been diet controlled and my numbers are good) or what now. They are so swollen and tight they hurt and it's hard to walk. My ankles and fingers are swollen too. I got diagnosed either around the 29th or 30th week (Pregnancy brain 😑). I'll be 35 weeks this Wednesday. Wondering if it's something serious or normal. I messaged my doctor but their office is closed on the weekends. I see my doctor this Wednesday.
