hello , im a girl who graduated weeks ago in international commerce , my dad is in this field as well and worked with him since i was a teen, recently ive been getting propositions from many business men specifically to partner with me in a business, knowing that i have great knowledge in commerce and business and have experience , and many guys come for my advice knowing im just a 20yo girl, ive been thinking about starting a big business in cosmetics, but what is scaring me is having to partner up with someone to have bigger financials , while financials and agreements are never a problem cause clauses exist, i was thinking that it will be weird to have a male business partner as w young woman and also what if i got married or was about to get married and i have an important business relationship with a man , who has experienced having the opposite gender as a business partner? i would like to hear about your experience or about how was it to have a business partner is general.
hey guys, its been 5 days since i 20yo F started talking to this new guy 24yo M and he showed me his interest, and i think i started to like him, and as a person who reads people easily ( thats why ive been single for 2 years) i always find the red flags in the people without them showing it , i found him to be a very gentle person, respectful and very good at having conversations, what i found out is he has trauma, his mom died when he was 6 yo ,and i think he has mommy issues since i can he see him sometimes talking to me like im his mom , what should i do in this situation? i never met someone with mommy issues before , whats the things that make them feel safe or appreciated ? , or how should i treat him , as a little boy maybe? i dont know i need advice from someone who dated a guy with this kind of trauma.
