Lizard Update - My husband shoo-ed it away last night, but it's back today 😭

So last night, my husband kept tapping a stick on a wall and shoo-ed it away outside the kitchen window and closed it. I slept peacefully.

Today morning, I went to the kitchen and found it in the same place again... We kept the balcony door open, maybe it came in, but it's far away, how can it come to the exact same position 😭😭

How to convince parents you don't want your seemandham/Baby Shower ?

I am a North Indian, born and raised in TN, we don't have such rituals. My husband is Tamil, they have rituals for 5th, 7th and 9th month. i am in 5th month rn. My MIL showed 0 interest till now. I am not interested either.

But my parents feel bad for me that my MIL isn't doing anything, they want me to have it atleast in the 9th month. Even my husband wants to do it for me. They just want it simple on the terrace. How to convince them to not do it and not be upset about my MIL thing. ?

I think the EB card is with the house owner, I have to ask them... But if it's not available how do I know my units consumed in the past few months.. I am only able to see the amounts paid previously..

Hi, same as the title. We shifted to a new house and there's power fluctuations. The console repair guy said he would replace the power supply unit at 16k.. We are confused to go ahead or replace it with a new PS post discount.. Any other alternative?

Edit - The gofix guy said and quoted about this issue of 16k..

The authorised sony centre said they will exchange it without inspecting anything for a discount of 25 to 30% on new piece...

Moved to a new house, might be 30 to 40 years old.. I think the wiring is too old.

Few days back, AC stabilizer sometimes flickers and cooling gets disturbed, it's fine after we restart it.

Today our PS5 didn't turn on, we play mostly on weekends. The service guy said it's due to power supply fluctuations will cost around 15k...

I am worried for TV, washing machine and other electronic appliances..

Also there is risk of fire hazzard...

How do I confront or talk to the owner about it?
