Tips for handling anxiety about a disease not spreadable through humans?

I'm not sure if this counts as contamination or not, but I've been having crazy constant anxiety and mild panic for the last two days now and was wondering if anyone has advice. I went hiking a week ago and was fine, and all but a few days later, I had a spot pop up that I was worried may have been a tick bite. Since then, someone I know has pointed it out and been like omg is that a tick bite??

The importance of all this is that i am so paranoid about getting Lyme disease from ticks, and now I'm in a panic that if it is a tick bite that I have Lyme disease. Obviously, none of you can help me on that front, and I am gonna talk to a doctor.

All this to say, I was wondering if any of you have advice on how to handle anxiety around worrying about contracting a disease from outside the germ perspective. I know breathing exercises and distractions can help, but I've just come out of a bit of a bad week and was feeling great and don't want to just distract myself/ disassociate to deal with this. Thanks for any possible advice.

Where to get a flu shot outside of flu season

Ok, so quick to the point I need a flu shot, but it's no longer flu season. The thing is, though, I've been insanely busy and could get one yet and need one by the first of july and didn't know that flu shots were only offered at certain times of the year.

So yeah I've been absolutely panicking trying to find places that'll offer it and haven't been lucky with CVS, Walgreens, or the walkin clinics for my local hospitals and don't know how to possibly get in with a doctor to try to get a flu shot. Desperate and would be so thankful for advice.

I, Carrion possible idea interpretation???

Was listening to I, Carrion again today and heard the things I've seen people talking about with icarus and the word Carrion (which might i add bird connotation in the song then brings in the idea of scavenger birds like Carrion feeders) but I realized something else also. Not sure if someone has said it yet but the way that Hozier sings "I, Carrion icarian" also sounds like "i carry on" as if even though fallen he has strength to still continue on or some other meaningful message through the song.

Another interpretation is the play of Carrion (decaying fleshed a dead animal/ death) so that it's literally I, Carrion Icarian, "I, dead and decaying icarus." Or even with my thoughts of wordplay, "I, dead and decaying, I carry on (Icarus)." Icarus was foolish but determined, so of course he would be known for despite the danger, carrying on into flying higher and higher to the sun.

Anyway, just my two cents.

Happy Butch or Masc romance recs

Hello! I'm looking for a romance reccomendation that features a masc or butch in the main pairing and isn't too heavy theme wise. I don't really care if it's masc/femme or masc/masc or if it's spicy. Love fantasy stuff, and if anyone has any recs like this that are fantasy, that'd be amazing, but im also happy without.

Anyway, if anyone has recommendations, I would love them!!

Masc wlw romance recs?

Hello! I've been looking for some books to read that are more whimsical/ fun/ not sad ending featuring a masc woman in the main pair. A fantasy romance would be awesome, but any recs are honestly enough.

Preferably, either a masc/masc woman main romance pairing or a masc/ femme main romance pairing. Either works, but as much as I love my beautiful femme women, I'm just really looking for a masc character in one of the main romance leads. Spice/ smut/ whatever you wanna call it is fine.

Anyway, if you guys have any recommendations, I would be so thankful!!!
