The first set of cards I’ve completed as an adult getting back into the hobby.
I collect Pokemon, football cards, riftbound and Lorcana but I adore these marvel cards. I’m a huge fan of all things marvel, I create live entertainment for disney and marvel has been in my portfolio for years now.

A collectors dream! Haha I was so fortunate to walk into Hong Kong Disneyland and get pre release boosters (only 6 packs per box) and some hanger packs on the 17th!

No one had any idea - no one.
I was there they opened the doors and I was the only person there for 10-15 mins
A few more people trickled in but it was quiet..
I work at disney but making entertainment so I chatted to the staff in the shop and they were like “what is it?” … My mind is officially BLOWN that they don’t know what they have. So I explained and probably need to chat to the merchandise leaders before hyperia city craziness haha.
I told them they’d be sold out in an hour.
I bought a few boxes for me (prerelease so only 6 packs per box) two for my friend and his wife, and then I watched for a bit as the staff gradually realised what was happening. They only allowed two items per transaction then you queued up again. It was super civilised and everyone was chatting excitedly about the cards they were looking for, the art and the game itself and how to improve their decks.
I think this will be the last time it ever happens like this now but it was so cool and crazy to see considering what happened in the states!
Love the art, I love collecting, love trading card games, and refuse and never will buy from scalpers.
