When I switch to 120hz everything goes black and I have to reboot.

On the second latest firmware but thought I’d check before updating.

*Plus not Pro

I feel like I’m following all the instructions I’ve seen but my coffee barely drips out. Should it be flowing out more freely?

Baratza Encore ESP set to 15.

Measure out 10g of coffee grounds.

Used a wire thingo to break up any clumps.

Tamped it (I always tamp way softer that what I see other do).

Pressed the button.
