Whose fault is it if a landlord evicts someone because someone else offered to pay more rent? (Details in body)

Imagine a landlord has a perfect tenant who pays 2000 dollars a month to live in an apartment. The landlord makes a fair amount of profit off this and is fine with it. A second person comes along and offers the landlord 2500 a month if he evicts the current tenant and allows him to live there. The landlord decides in the name of profit he will evict the current tenant and give the apartment to the new guy. Who should be blamed for the first guy no longer having an apartment?

What happened to actual 9 to 5s?

Very small tangent but I always see job postings for 8 to 5 or 9 to 6 and a fair amount of the time 6 days a week, I know it’s only an hour extra but I’d much rather the 8 hour days 5 days a week office jobs that were sold to me when I was younger

My first session was alright but the room was so quiet and I was just picking at my hands, I usually pace to get thinking but can I bring like a little fidget toy, a water bottle, and play some soft lofi music or do we think she’s going to get onto me for that? Mostly just wondering what any of yall do to make a space feel safer for opening up!

I know it’s completely normal in the field but I just went to my first appointment with a new person and it was really upsetting to cry for most the time I was there, like she’s a stranger and I’m just weeping into my hands and talking about my issues? For the record I was completely coherent and answering her questions, just a lot of tears and not looking at her. Quite embarrassing, I know I gotta hold it together this coming session but does anyone else have that problem?
