Tips for relieving muscle strain/overuse?
It’s been five months since I lost my left arm below the elbow, and the pain from overuse of my right arm has gotten rather severe. I am on track to get my new arm soon, but that likely won’t happen for at least another month or two, so do any of you fellow arm amputees have any tips on helping with the strain?
