From garbage to bran new!
Picked up all of these for dirt cheap since they were all in various states of broken. Fixed them all and got new shells for them. I also made a couple TMR stick ones for myself

What is Microsoft solder made of?
Seriously though, I have no problems changing out sticks on any other controller. PS3, 4,5. OG Xbox, 360. But the Xbox one and Series controllers I've never smoothly been able to remove .
- Add low melt solder
- Wick away
- Desoldering pump
- motherboard warmer
- hot air station
- wide tip for more contact
None of this melts it, and only on those controllers. Anyone have any tips? Am I missing something stupidly easy?
