Need opinions on this front porch/stair tile job
Looking for advice on repairing these front porch steps. The tile/stone finish is failing in several areas.
Should I remove the existing tile and install new tile, or is there a better solution for a porch in a state with freeze/thaw cycles?
Is this a realistic DIY project for someone with basic home improvement experience? If so, what tools and materials would I need?
Any feedback on what may have caused the failure and the best long-term repair approach would be appreciated.

Disappointed by Royal Caribbean’s infant pricing
Been a long-time Royal Caribbean fan, but finding out that kids under 1–2 years old are essentially charged near full fare was honestly disappointing.
I understand taxes/fees and occupancy limits, but charging almost the same price for a baby who barely uses any amenities feels excessive. It’s making us seriously look at other cruise lines for future family trips.
Curious how other parents here feel — is this just the industry standard now, or have you found better family-friendly pricing elsewhere?
