Okay, so I know this may just be me since I don’t really play fighting games all that much (or at all), and I know this is a relatively “old” game, but I just got this game on Wednesday but did anyone else find the PS4 port almost impossible to play due to the controls just not being responsive at all? Like I swear I had to skip like half of the tutorial because the inputs that I was doing (that you literally HAVE to do in the tutorial to be able to progress to the next) just wouldn’t work for me at all? And even now when I’m playing the story, Batman just won’t do pretty much any combo I’m trying to pull off. The guy won’t even do a ‘square, square’ combo, and I don’t know if I’m just pressing the buttons too fast or not fast at all and it’s really pissing me off irrationally. Did anyone else have this problem or experience anything similar while playing?

So basically just the title, I’m a bit fed up with having such a short attention span due to how modern technology is, and I feel like reading some of what are considered to be “classic pieces of literature”. I’ve never been an avid reader but I want to really start getting into the hobby, rather than just collecting books with no intention of reading them like seems to be a trend on TikTok now with certain people having hundreds to THOUSANDS of books that they’ll never read in their lifetime, so I thought I would seek out a community that actually takes an interest in this subject (I honestly thought typing “classic literature” into the search bar would be a long shot but I’m glad I’ve found this community). I’m not looking for any specific genre or author so I’ll basically have a look at all comments on this thread and see what I can do. Thank you all!

Is the original Star Wars trilogy THE MIST tampered-with film series in the history of cinema? And also changed for the worse? I don’t think I’m aware of any other film series that has been changed in so many controversial ways than the original trilogy. Anybody know of any other film series’ that have gone AS changed as the original trilogy?

Okay, so I’m watching Dragon Ball Z (regular Dragon Ball Z, not Kai) for the first time in Japanese, and I’m just beginning the Android arc as of last night. Am I just remembering wrong, or did Trunks originally warn Goku about Androids 19 and 20, then come back and was surprised that the Androids the Z-Fighters were facing weren’t the Androids HE had fought in his timeline or am I just misremembering what I watched literally last night? Because I know in the manga he DID warn Goku of Androids 19 and 20, but Toriyama’s editors didn’t like their designs and made him change the main villains of the arc to 17 and 18, who the editors I think ALSO didn’t like so Toriyama created Cell as a replacement. I’m watching this on Crunchyroll so can anyone confirm which Androids Trunks warmed Goku about in the original Japanese version? I’m fairly sure he said 19 and 20 specifically but I’m just blanking on it now for some reason 🫤

Has Hatchiyack been used in any video game since Raging Blast 2? (Not including Dragon Ball Heroes/Super Dragon Ball Heroes because I generally don’t count them since they’re not available in most places) because I think he should be used more often than he is. Now maybe there are games he’s in that I’m just forgetting but my last memory of him being in a main game is Raging Blast 2 because they had the *Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans* OVA on the game disc.

I’m sitting here watching the Japanese version of Z for the first time ever, and one thing I’ve noticed is that Mr. Popo seems to not be able to talk like a normal person? For reference, I’m on the Garlic Jr. mini-arc and he and Kami are inside the Heavenly Realm and he says stuff like “This no good” and it’s got me wondering whether the subtitles on Crunchyroll specifically are just bad, or if this is actually his general speech pattern? Not sure if anyone on here is fluent in Japanese but I thought it was at least worth a try to find out by asking here. Thanks.

I’m just looking for QR codes for the Gen III Pokémon games, I found them in this sub last week but now I can’t seem to find them no matter how far I scroll down. Any help would be MUCH appreciated 😊

Yeah so basically just the title, the name “Vegetto/Vegito”(depending on your persuasion) makes no sense in the English dub, because Gokus Saiyan name isn’t “Kakarotto” in English like it is in the Japanese/original version. So the o on the end comes completely out of nowhere. But I guess they didn’t want to call him some shit like Vegerot or whatever 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah so basically just the heading, is there any way to download regular DS or GBA games onto a modded 3DS system? I really want to play the Pokémon Ranger, Gen 3 Pokémon and Sonic Rush games onto my 3DS but they’re not available on hShop because they were never on the 3DS eShop unfortunately 🫤 any help is greatly appreciated 😊
