Scraping a recent Facebook post Led to an update of the epsom salt database
the shimari faces an unusual direction in this opening. Why is this opening mistake ideal for this opening?
In radical honesty, cursing, yelling, accusatory and insulting language is OK: it is part of their process of restoring connection. It is less "OK" in NVC/compassionate communication.
When someone's boundaries are tested, are they expected to remain calm and communicative or are anger fits and tantrums considered useful?
This is move 28 in a game i just finished.
(Does PlayGo have a way to link to a specific move in a game?)
(I had to manually tag this video because there is no flare for Fuseki).
Imagine you just used a stellar credit profile to access $100,000 in 0% introductory credit. You liquidate it into raw cash, which costs an immediate 4% to 8% upfront fee, leaving you with roughly $92,000 to $96,000 in hand.
Here is the catch: In 12 to 18 months, that 0% promotional window slams shut, and interest rates jack up to 20%+.
Robert Kiyosaki preaches the power of Good Debt—using borrowed money to acquire assets that put money into your pocket every single month. Against a hard 12-to-18-month clock, you can't gamble on speculation. You need velocity.
If you were trying to outrun the non-private banks using Infinite Banking, how would you map this out?
What is your exact step-by-step blueprint to deploy this type of debt and outrun the banks?
Yesterday morning, my roommate was upset because I leave food out and it attracts roaches. As we discussed the issue, she raised her voice, interrupted me and spilled her food she was cooking. She blamed the spilled food on my leaving dishes in the sink for roaches.
I told her that she was interrupting and raising her voice – I was only 1 foot from her, yet her speech could be heard 20 feet away. Was this mistake number 1 – expecting her to engage in calm perfect behavior when her needs werent met. I spoke to her saying “you’re interrupting… you are speaking quite loudly” … nothing I said led to her being more quiet or to quit interrupting me.
She was so flustered that she spilled her cooked meal in the sink. At this point, she blamed me for her spilling her breakfast. I did not touch her in any way. At this point, I may have made mistake number 2: “I told her that she was using victim philosophy and seeking a scapegoat instead of taking full responsibility for her mistake”
When she continued to blame me for the fact that she had spilled her breakfast, I said: “you need to part ways with this place. you obviously are not comfortable here.” This may have been mistake number 3.
I do yoga and live a healthy vegetarian lifestyle. But, I would say that there is a bit of elitism in my lifestyle and worldview. I often wonder why the people around me are not perfect in terms of health and social interaction. But I’m also aware that holding expectations of others is getting in my way of seeing them as life energy with needs and wants just like me.

In the IUL community, the idea of taking a policy loan and slamming it right back into the policy is so popular that it has been branded as hyperfunding, duplifunding, and maximum premium indexing (a trademarked term).
Why have I never heard of the IBC crowd realizing that life insurance is the most stable way to put money into something and get a return? And therefore taking a policy loan to put into an investment is ideally placed into the only investment that doesnt lose money and has provided positive returns for 100+ years?
I no longer trust IUL after 5 straight months of losing... even though that is now rectified by going with the S&P, we all know about 2000-2002 and 2022 and 2008. And the idea that this thing rides on annually renewable term which will only get more expensive terrifies me.
At the same time, I dont want to just walk away from the policy. I put 17k into it over 1.5 years and I am about 8k away from getting about 7k of cash value. But I dont want to put 8k into this policy when I could start a whole life with that 8k and get about 6 or 7k in cash value 2-3 days after paying 8k.
So maybe I can get someone to do premium financing/ kai-zen and take it over?
This way any money you receive can earn compound interest forever instead of just being spent once.
I've been in my policy since Nov 2024. If it weren't for me tripping across a random tik tok video I would still be in this index but thanks to that video I switched to the S&P and hopefully we'll start seeing some index credits soon. The early years of an IUL are the important years for forming that base to compound on So this really irritates me. If I had it to do over I would have never messed with Iul. I would have only gone with whole life Especially since as I understand it top mutual whole life policies have returned 9% in a year? Is that true?
We had just finished [a 1-hour 6-stone handicap slugfest] (https://youtu.be/g-83Vy2ttFc?si=j7iinXBjE411Do6X) and decided to slap down some stones real quick before calling it a day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7m2lzqNax_8

I'm not actively floating or building at the moment but figured I would deposit my recent progress into some archival storage location.
I want to tank Bryan Klein for his technical input in the facebook DIY Tank group... he actually has designed professional-grade tanks.
