Potential herald patch near armpit fold?

Potential herald patch near armpit fold?

Hi all. I started noticing this patch and a few spots above my chest recently. Does it look like the beginning of PR?

Weird rash/bites that showed up over the next few days. Wondering what it could be.

Hey all! I woke up with this very weird rash or what look like potentially bites all over my side up onto my breast. There is just one on the other side and even what looks like one in my belly button. I’m pretty sure theres also one forming on my nipple.

This has never happened to me and I’m very confused as to what they could be. They are itchy but not incredibly so, and seem to appear slowly.

Don’t know if this could be relevant or not, but I was sick last week with some kind of fever/cough. The spots themselves showed up about two days ago and I continued to get more and they got more red.

Any help at all is appreciated. I am between jobs and have no insurance to go to the doctor.

Hi all!

I’m going to start with a bit of background regarding my circumstances in the past:

I (28 f) got my bachelor’s degree in 2020 thinking I wanted to go to Law School. I ended up not doing law school, but have my bachelors in “Law and Society” from a large public university in Indiana. It’s basically a sociology degree with a fancy name.

Following that, I found myself starting a career in education. I got married very young and needed a career, so I did the transition to teaching program and spent about 4 years total working in education (2.5 years as a classroom teacher).

I ended up getting divorced in December 2024. The stress of teaching and my divorce caused immense burnout and depression, and I ended up on FMLA until finally exiting the classroom this past January (2026).

Now a bit about my current situation:

I’ve now found it very difficult to find a job that pays similar to what teaching did. I know the job market is pretty bad right now for everyone, and I’ve definitely been feeling like my prospects are pretty bleak.

My boyfriend lives with me in a house that I own, and has been struggling to make ends meet/picking up extra shifts while I scramble to find a new job.

But, here’s where I’m potentially seeing a possibility to elevate our situation and need some advice regarding what to do. I am up for a job at my local college as a student support specialist. It only pays $18 an hour, but of course the caveat is that I would be able to get a bachelors degree paid for by the university, or a masters degree paid for up to 80% of tuition.

I like being in school, and I know it could will be stressful, but I think it could be worth it if I could find a way to support myself and my boyfriend doing something I’ve never been able to afford before.

Here’s where I need specific advice:

Is it a good idea to limit my income for several years in the pursuit of either a new bachelors degree or a masters degree?

What would be a good degree to get to better our situation? I’m interested in a lot of things and typically perform well in a lot of areas.

Any and all advice is appreciated even outside of this potential. job opportunity. I am now at a point where I’m willing to do essentially anything to have a better situation for myself.

I am really scared and needing some advice, so please feel free to speak your mind!
